Viewers' Committee
The CJ ENM Commerce Division Viewers' Committee is a statutory body established under the Broadcasting Act to protect viewers’ rights and interests. It represents viewers’ opinions and monitors broadcasts.
- Composition
- Members of the Viewers' Committee are appointed based on recommendations from organizations representing viewers from various sectors.
- Meeting Schedule
- Meets once a month.
- Key Activities
- Present opinions or request corrections on broadcast programming
- Present opinions or request corrections on self-review rules and the content of broadcast programs
- Handle other matters related to protecting viewers’ rights and interests and providing remedies for infringements
