Processing method: Matters related to use beyond purpose, provision to third parties, destruction, and access requests for personal video information are recorded and managed, and permanently deleted in an irrecoverable manner when the retention period expires (printed materials are shredded or incinerated).

6. How and Where to View Personal Video Information

7. Measures for Data Subject Requests to Access Video Information
You may request access, confirmation of existence, or deletion of personal video information from the video information processing device operator at any time. However, this is limited to personal video information in which you appear and personal video information clearly necessary for the urgent life, body, or property interests of the data subject.
When you request access, confirmation of existence, or deletion of personal video information, headquarters will take necessary measures without delay.
8. Security Measures for Video Information
Video information processed by headquarters is managed safely through encryption and other measures. Headquarters also implements administrative measures for personal video information protection, such as differentiated access rights to personal information, and records creation time, purpose of access, accessor, and access time when personal video information is accessed to prevent falsification. Locking devices are also installed for secure physical storage of personal video information.
9. Revision History
This Video Information Processing Device Operation and Management Policy was enacted on October 23, 2017. If content is added, deleted, or modified due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, headquarters will announce the reasons and details on its website at least 7 days before implementation.
